
Heres some try and tested methods of betting the hangover...
- H2O: downing a pint of water b4 bed is always helps.
- Fooood:hmmmm chips! soaks up the drink and tastes good.
- Cut off point: stop drinking by half 1.
- sleep:works everytime.
- shower: refreashing but effort.
Do all these and u shud be fresh as a daisy the next day!! any1 got anymore suggestions?
